You may request a cancellation or modification of your order within 24 hours of purchase.

To do so, please email us at support@axcilence.com with your order number and complete details of the items you wish to cancel or modify.

For order cancellations, please ensure all relevant details are provided to avoid delays in processing. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, excluding bank holidays, to reflect in your account.

For modifications, include your order number and specify the changes you’d like to make. While supplies last, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
